Terms of Service

1. The Service

Nations Atlas provides country statistics, economic data, geopolitical facts, games and related tools for informational and educational purposes. Figures are compiled from public sources and refreshed periodically; while we take care to keep them accurate, we do not guarantee that any figure is complete, current or error-free, and the Service is not professional, financial or investment advice.

2. Accounts

You may browse the Service without an account. An account is required to save favourites, scores and subscriptions across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Nations Live Data is available as a recurring subscription at $10 AUD per month or $100 AUD per year. Nations Pro is a $10 AUD one-time payment, and Nations Enterprise is a recurring subscription at $100 AUD per month or $1,000 AUD per year. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your profile or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable at the time of cancellation, and no pro-rata refund is provided for any unused part of a billing period. One-time purchases (Nations Pro) are also non-refundable once access has been unlocked.

5. Storage of Your Data

We store only the data needed to run the Service: your account email and name, your saved preferences (such as favourites and saved cities), game scores and leaderboards you choose to publish, subscription and order records, and any alerts you create (weather, currency or commodity alerts, including the email address they are sent to). Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and is used only to operate and improve the Service, and to send you emails you have requested (receipts, alerts and digests). We do not sell your personal data. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping or automated bulk access outside the official Enterprise API, no attempting to breach security measures, no reselling of subscription access, and no unlawful, abusive or fraudulent use. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, content and code are owned by Nations Atlas and protected by copyright. You may use exported data and images for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes with attribution. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes & Contact
